REPAIR NOTICE TO TENANTS
Please be advised that, as outlined in your Tenants Guide, all maintenance issues must be reported to our property management department immediately. If Hammock Management is not managing your property, you must contact your landlord directly. Failure to report issues promptly may result in you being held partially responsible if the delay leads to further deterioration.
When reporting damages or maintenance concerns, please provide as much detail as possible. If available, include photographs and email them to propertymanagement@hammockmanagement.co.uk. All repair requests, breakdowns, or property-related issues should be submitted to our property maintenance team, along with your full contact details.

Once the issue has been reported and we have all the necessary information, we will notify the landlord and follow their instructions. Do not instruct any contractors or carry out repairs yourself—any unauthorised work will be at your own cost.
PLEASE NOTE: HAMMOCK MANAGEMENT AIMS TO RESOLVE MINOR ISSUES WITHIN 7 DAYS OF REPORTING. MAJOR WORKS MAY TAKE LONGER.
